I reside and teach yoga in Portland, Oregon.

I enjoy riding my bike, creating organic recipes, traveling, and Yoga. 

 

My yoga jounrey began in the Autumn of 2012 - I decided to take a morning yoga class at the University's gym. I couldn't stop talking to other classmates about how much more relaxed I felt, just from practicing one yoga class.

 

After graduation, I worked at a Yoga School and Residence, I learned the basics of Qigong and Ashtanga yoga popularized by teacher Pattabhi Jois. 

I chose to unlock the door to my yoga journey and obtain a 200-hour RYT from The Lotus Seed (NE Portland); Hatha based school from the Iyengar tradition.

 

I continue to grow within my own journey and aspire to be a conduit for peace.
